There is a reason to hold an annual conference a day before Kielce's Agrotech  commences - the event brings together renowned specialists. AGROTECH  - Poland's most important exhibition of farming gear and equipment.  "Agriculture in the era of climate and environmental challenges" is the leitmotif f the sessions.

The event gathers about 200 people. The INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND LIFE SCIENCES / Warsaw Division is the conference chief organiser.  The list of co-organisers comprises the prestigious institutions affiliated to the Virtual Institute of Sustainable Agriculture, i.e. the Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute, the Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute, the Institute of Plant Protection, the Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation, the Space Research Centre, the Institute of Meteorology and Water Management.

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development and the President of the Agricultural Market Agency have granted their honorary patronage to the event. The event is held under the scientific auspices of Committee on Agricultural Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
