"BACK TO BUSINESS - GREEN LIGHT FOR THE INDUSTRY" Debate

2 June marks Global Exhibitions Day, a worldwide celebration of the exhibition industry. To mark this occasion, the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry and the Trade Fair Industry Defence Committee is holding the "BACK TO BUSINESS - GREEN LIGHT FOR THE INDUSTRY" debate - join us at 11:00.

The slow economy back-on track return continues, but there are no clear guidelines for the exhibition industry.  Targi Kielce, like other major centres, declares full readiness to resume trade fairs-related business activity.  The Wednesday debate aims to present the situation and plans of the industry.

The meeting will be streamed online simultaneously from four exhibition centrdebate cities: PoznanGdanskKrakow and Kielce. Featured guests:

  • will remind of the benefits exhibitors, visitors, cities, and the economy get from trade fairs and expos,
  • emphasise the full readiness to return to the trade fairs organisation,
  • will present the autumn events program - all expos held safely.

And among the session guests, there are:

  • Krzysztof Skiba, a Polish musician, rock singer
  • Bogdan Wenta- Kielce Mayor, a former coach of the Polish national handball team and former coach of VIVE Kielce 
  • Robert Piaskowski, a Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of the City of Krakow for Culture.
  • Rafał Mazurczak- a member of the management board of Echo Investment 
  • Adam Pstrągowski- the owner of the Silver & Amber company  
  • Tomasz Kobierski, president of the Council of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, president of the management board of MTP Group
  • Andrzej Mochoń PhD, deputy of PIPT, President of the Board, Targi Kielce SA
  • Grażyna Grabowska vice-president of the PCEI Council, president of the board of Krakow Expo
  • Paweł Orłowski,Member of the PCEI Council, vice-president of the management board of the Gdańsk International Fair

In the evening on 2 June, time - 21: 00-22: 00  the expo and congress facilities will be soaked in green light.  The spire of the Poznań International Fair, the Kielce Trade Fair facility and tower, the AmberExpo facility in Gdańsk, the EXPO Kraków facility, the Katowice Spodek, and the ICE Kraków Congress Centre will shine green.  The campaign is also joined by the institutions associated with Targi Kielce, including Zameczek Culture. Centre, KCK, WDK, Bałtów facility.
