ARPOL joins POLSECURE Expo with its food rations, Food rations available starting from 23 April

Zielona Góra based Arpol produces and supplis food rations for the Polish Armed Forces. The company produces food rations. Meals are heated by flameless chemical or flame heater. Meals come as canned food, produced especially for the army. They meet Defence Standards and they are subject to acceptance by representatives of the Ministry of National Defence

The advantages of this type of food include ease of preparation in any situation, regardless of the weather conditions, and access to kitchen facilities. High quality of the products and strict adherence to recipes result extended shelf life. All accessories needed for heating are directly provided with the unit package. Arpol products are used by rescue services in Poland (including: State Fire Service, TOPR Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service , Mountain Volunteer Rescue Service, CSRG, Security and Crisis Management Departments, Police, Border Guard, Forest Guard and City and Commune Guards ), as well as strategic entities (power plants, gas and energy transmission networks). Arpol products have been used many times and their functionality have proven in difficult terrain, e.g. during: flood operations in Poland, removing the effects of the earthquake in Haiti, extinguishing of large-area fires in Moscow, Montenegro.In cooperation with the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the Military University of Technology and the Civil Protection Office of the Headquarters of the State Fire Service, the "MRE model of nutrition in a five-person home shelter" based on Arpol products was also created.
