Over half a thousand of elementary school teachers and head-teachers from Kielce held their meeting in the Omega Hall of the Targi Kielce Congress Centre. The conference was organized by the Regional Centre for Teachers' In-service Development in cooperation with the Ministry of Education. It was held under the banner of "Textbooks and educational materials - changes to be introduced in 2014/2015 school year". The seminar focussed on changes in the education system, the introduction of a charge-free handbook and other educational materials.

The meeting's objective was to inform and primary school principals as as they can take action in order to comply with the new legal solutions. The meeting was hosted by the Director of the Department of Education Quality at the Ministry of Education, Mrs Małgorzata Szybalska. And among the session guests there was the Swietokrzyskie School Superintendent, Margaret Muzoł

The conference was first and foremost attended by school head-teachers from Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship as well as early school education teachers and representatives of local governments.
