The meeting was also attended by Małgorzata Muzoł; the Swietokrzyskie School Superintendent. The session was a summary of the Human Capital Operational Programme 10 years after Poland became European Union member state.

The conference included the following topics: presentation of the results of the Human Capital Operational Programme implementation in Swietokryskie Region, presentation of workshop methods in the innovative "Career Academy" project, a holistic model of child care in an innovative "Career Academy" project - discussion on the theoretical and practical aspects including innovative methods of 3-year-old children diagnosis - neurotechnologies in child examination and treatment, neurological aspects the child's developmental disorders, innovative therapy with the use of active hearing training.

The conference was organized Swietokrzyskie Regional Development Office in conjunction with the its partner - the Municipal Psychologiy and Pedagogy Centre in Kielce.
