A partner event of the STOM expo in Milan - this autumn
We live in times of unprecedented challenges; this includes exhibition challenges. These two events will offer a new scenario for operators to find expertise, solutions and ideas for a common goal: to produce with increasingly sustainable and efficient methods, following the Industry 4.0 principles.
A combination of these two events: 33.BI-MU (a biennial exhibition of machine tools, robotics and automation, additive manufacturing, digital and auxiliary technologies) and Xylexpo (also a bi-annual exhibition of woodworking technologies and furniture industry components) create a complementary event, highlighting the specific features of each industry while using all possible synergies.
The decision to combine these exhibitions will undoubtedly expand the group of prospective visitors thanks to the standardised access to the fairgrounds and the possibility of visiting both exhibitions.
In addition to a wider range of technologies, visitors will have access to a rich program of additional events, in-depth debates on technical, technological and economic topics relevant to both sectors. The organisers pay special attention to digitisation and sustainable development, two key concepts for the future development of industry and the global economy.
The BI-MU is a partner event of the Exhibition of Metal Processing Technologies, which will also be held this year in autumn.
