REGISTRATION REGULATIONS AND REGULATIONS FOR VISITORS

 

Chapter I.

RULES AND REGULATIONS REGARDING TRADE FAIRS AND OTHER EVENTS ORGANIZED BY THE TARGI KIELCE S.A.

 

§1

  1. The Rules and Regulations are applicable at Targi Kielce SA premises (hereinafter referred to as TK), with its registered seat in Kielce, 1 Zakładowa Street and located herein and in all other areas / locations operated by Targi Kielce SA under other legal titles, hereinafter referred to as the grounds or TK grounds, regardless what person is the event organiser.
  2. The Rules and Regulations apply to all persons who are in the grounds, excluding exhibitors and exhibitors’ employees and expo stand development companies’ employees in the extent the separate exhibitors-related rules and regulations shall apply.
  3. The Rules and Regulations are available at the TK registered seat office and also at www.targikielce.pl website.

 

§2

  1. All persons while at the TK grounds are obliged to maintain order and comply with the rules and regulations in force in the TK.
  2. Events admission is granted on the basis of vouchers exchanged for admission tickets, hereinafter referred to as the Admission Document.
  3. The Admission Documents availability rules are described separately for each event.

 

§3

  1. Persons staying at TK are prohibited from:
    - obstructing the course of Events,
    - waste disposal,
    - smoking tobacco products and polluting the area unless in the area designated for that purpose,
    - touching electric wires and electric devices,
    - destructing technical equipment.
  2. Persons staying at the TK grounds are obliged to comply with the event safety personnel / law enforcement personnel recommendations.
  3. Persons who violate the above may be requested to leave the TK grounds -
    in such case persons shall not be entitled to a refund at the amount of the Admission Documents price.

 

 Chapter II 
Provision of electronic services via the Visitors' Registration Portal, hereinafter referred to as the Visitors' Service.

 

§4

General provisions 

  1. TARGI KIELCE SA with its registered in Kielce (25-672), 1 Zakładowa Street is the owner and administrator of the Visitor Service. Targi Kielce is registered at the District Court in Kielce, X Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000306028, NIP Tax Identification Number 5272581410, REGON [National Business Registry] 141488015, with the share capital of 65 519 900 PLN,   hereinafter referred to as TK, e-mail address:  biuro@targikielce.pl
  2. The Visitor's Service renders the services in relation to trade fairs, conferences, concerts and similar events organised in TK premises or in another location hereinafter collectively referred to as Events.
  3. TK provides the following electronic services via the Visitors’ Service:
    a) events participants registration,
    b) invitations activation,
    c) discount coupons distribution.
  4. The rules and regulations specify particular registration terms and conditions for the events listed on the www.targikielce.pl website. TK renders the electronic services specified in paragraph 3 to natural persons, persons acting on behalf of and for the benefit of legal persons or organisations without legal personality, as well as natural persons conducting business activity as gainful business employment or professional activity.  
  5. Thus the Visitors' Service may be used by: business-insider clients who intend to use the Visitors' Service to order Admission Documents for a particular event; Guests invited by the TK or exhibitors who activate the invitations they have received for a particular event; as well as natural persons with full legal capacity.
  6. The above rules and regulations apply to the Visitors' Service. A person becomes the Visitors' Service user the moment the account set up is confirmed by the Visitors' Service user (the user receives an activation link to the email address provided in the course of registration)
  7. If the account activation confirmation has not been received within 96 hours’ period, the User's data shall be deleted.

 

§5

The electronic services rendered by TK –Terms and Conditions

  1. TK reserves the right to provide services with the use of the Visitors' Service only under the terms and conditions described herein in the Rules and Regulations.
  2. In order to use the Visitors' Service, it is obligatory to accept the Rules and Regulations; the consent is expressed by the user of the Visitors' Service when opening the user’s account referred to in the Rules and Regulations.
  3. The User confirms the acceptance of the Visitors' Service’s Rules and Regulations by conforming that the User has read the Rules and Regulations contents and undertakes to comply with the provisions contained herein.

 

 §6

Creating an account at the Visitors' Service.

  1. Setting up an account at the Visitors' Service - select the Login tab, read the Privacy Policy and then accept the Rules and Regulations referred to in § 5 section 3. Then fill in the appropriate fields regarding the Visitors' Service User’s identification data, accept the mandatory consents regarding the personal data protection and the fields regarding voluntary consent to receive commercial information via the electronic communication means at addresses indicated in the service (e-mail, mobile phone).
  2. The Visitors' Service’s User’s identification data in the case of B2B events must be related to his or her commercial or professional activity (so-called business or private data.) The above-mentioned data must be truthful and accurate. Otherwise, incorrect data can be verified for compliance with the event’s subject or thematic scope.
  3. Mandatory fields each person has to fill in during registration process:
    a) e-mail address,
    b) address (including the street, house number, postal code, city, country)
    c) telephone number
    When registering a B2C event visitor, the following additional fields are required:
    a) NIP Tax Identification Number
    b) the company’s name in accordance with the relevant register,
    c) the company’s contact details in accordance with the relevant register.
  4. Once the an account has been created at the Visitors' Service, an activation link is e-mailed to the e-mail address provided by the User.
  5. The data provided when creating the account may be the subject to formal and legal verification.
  6. In case of providing incorrect data referred to in § 6 section 5, the account shall not be activated, the data may be deleted from the system.
  7. The Visitor Service User is obliged to establish a secure password to their account and not disclose it to any third party. The password will be used to log into the account each subsequent time.
  8. The Visitors' Service User may edit the data provided at any time. The User ought to log into the account, and update the data in the "Account settings" tab.
  9. The data provided by the User when setting up the account should be true and consistent with the current state. The data is necessary in order to conclude the contract. Only true and correct data guarantee TK’s proper performance of the service provider's obligations.
  10. The Visitor Service User may introduce changes or complement the data they previously provided in online mode. The request to delete the data submitted to the TK – the notification is sent to the e-mail address: iod@targikielce.pl, prior to the service performance by TK deems the Visitors' Service User’s withdrawal from the contract and will result in the termination of the services provision by TK.
  11. The Visitors' Service Users may recover the password by clicking on the "I don't remember the password" option. A link will be sent to the email address provided by the Visitors' Service User, this makes it possible to change the User’s password.

 

§7

Events participants registration,

  1. The Visitors' Service Users are entitled to register for a given Event; the persons entitled to register are listed in § 4 section 4 herein.
  2. The Visitors' Service is open for registration for a particular Event during the registration period before the Event starts.
  3. Business insiders who do not have an account at the Visitors' Service should register as described in § 6.  If you have an account, please log in using your account password.
  4. Registration for a given Event consists in the following steps sequence:
    1. Log in the Visitor Service using your individual login and password.
    2. Select the event from those available for registration
    3. Select the "Register for event" option 
    4. Fill in all the remaining data fields required for registration in the Visitors' Service.
  5. After registration for the Event, the Admission Document will be available at the Visitors' Service in the User's personal account. The Admission Document should be printed. The User is obliged to present the printed copy of Admission Document upon entering the event site.
  6. In the case of paid entry, the Admission Document payments can be made on-line or at the ticket offices at the expo grounds. The document referred to in point 5 ought to be presented at the ticket office.

 

§8

Admission Documents Sales

  1. The Visitors' Service User may purchase an Admission Document online for a particular Event via a separate Service. 
  2. The Admission Document cannot be processed, edited, copied or made available to third parties whose data does not appear on the document. TK reserves the right to declare the Admission Document invalid if its holder is not the person whose data is indicated at the Admission Document.

 

§9

Invoice ordering procedure

  1. An invoice is ordered ether in person when at the Targi Kielce exhibition and congress centre grounds in a dedicated Customer Service Office or via e-mail.
  2. The invoice is ordered via a separate Service after the Admission Document purchase process has been completed and after TK has received the payment.
  3. When ordering an invoice, the User may change the billing information details the invoice is to be issued for. The data will be then used by TK only for the purpose of issuing the invoice as ordered.

 

 

 §10

Invitations Activation 

  1. The invitation activation process requires the invitation holder data to be registered;  a Business Insider Client or a Guest who has received the invitation from TK or an Exhibitor, in accordance with the rules set out in § 6 herein.
  2. An invitation registered via the Visitors' Service authorises the person indicated in the personalised invitation or a bearer invitation holder - a Business Insider Visitors to enter the event grounds, within the time limits specified in the invitation.

 

§11

Conditions for provision of services - contract conclusion and termination

  1. The contract for the provision of electronic services is concluded when an account at the Visitors' Service is created and then the Visitors' Service account is used.
  2. The User may at terminate the use of the Visitors' Service any time without any further obligations, unless applicable laws and regulations relevant to the service provided nature stipulate otherwise.
  3. The sale / purchase contract of the Admission Document is concluded the time TK receives the payment made by the Visitor Service Users into the TK account. 
  4. TK may terminate the contract at any time with immediate effect in the following cases:
    a) the Visitors' Service User’s data used for registration and the account creation was false ;
    b) the Visitors' Service User makes the services available to other people in order to achieve financial benefits without the TK consent

 

§12

Responsibility

  1. The Visitors' Service User bears full responsibility for the data truthfulness and correctness provided by the User, including the consequences if the data provided is incomplete or incorrect.
  2. TK shall not be held responsible for the consequences of Visitors' Service User’s negligence or disclosure of the Visitors' Service account entry password and the User’s data to unauthorized persons.
  3. TK shall not be held responsible for problems while using the Visitors' Service related to the Internet connection  beyond the control of TK.
  4. TK reserves the right to suspend the Visitors' Service operation temporarily for technical reasons (failures, maintenance works, etc.). The User is not entitled to any damages in this respect.
  5. TK is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the service only to the extent of damage suffered by the User (excluding lost profits), unless the non-performance or improper performance was due to the User's fault or failure to comply with the Rules and Regulations provisions or force majeure.
  6. TK reserves the right to cancel, partially close, shorten or postpone the dates the Event is held on.

 

§13

Complaint procedure

  1. Each User is entitled to lodge a complaint related to the Visitors' Service operation and the TK performance of services ordered via Visitors' Service.
  2. Complaints should be submitted in writing and sent by e-mail to the following address: biuro@targikielce.pl or by post to the postal address: Targi Kielce SA  1 Zakładowa Street, 25-672 Kielce, with the note " Reklamacja/ Complaint".
    a) in matters related to the Visitors' Service operations - within 30 days from the day of setting up the account or activating the account in the Visitors' Service;
    b) in matters related to the TK performance in relation to services ordered via the Visitors' Service
    ( Admission Document orders) - within 30 days after the Event’s end.
  3. The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date submission / receipt by TK.
  4. TK reserves the right to extend the deadline specified in section 3. in the event when the complaint processing may require additional explanations from the Visitors' Service User or if the TK encounters technical obstacles outside its control (failure of the ICT network, failure of equipment, etc.).
  5. TK will make every effort to process complaints as soon as possible after the complaint receipt.
  6. The answer to the complaint shall be sent electronically or by post to the appropriate address provided by the Visitors' Service User in the registration process.

 

§14

Final Provisions

  1. The Rules and Regulations become effective on 01/01/2020.
  2. TK undertakes the obligation to inform about any changes to the Rules and Regulations and to publish its consolidated text at www.targikielce.pl.
  3. To all matters not settled by the provisions of this Rules and Regulations, the Polish legal regulations shall apply.
  4. All disputes between the Visitor and TK, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be settled by a competent common court.
  5. Applicable law shall apply in all matters not covered in the Rules and Regulations, in particular the Act on the provision of electronic services, the Act on the protection of personal data and the Civil Code.
  6. All disputes which may arise between the Visitors' Service User and TK, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be settled by a competent common court.
  7. For settling disputes with foreign contractors, the Rules and Regulations in Polish language version shall prevail. The Republic of Poland law is applicable for the interpretation of the Rules and Regulations provisions.
