At LYOFOOD we specialize in producing premium outdoor meals. We combine over 30 years of experience with freeze-drying technology, gourmet small-batch cooking and natural, high-quality ingredients.

With the entire production taking place in-house, we have full control over every step, starting right outside our doors in local fields, where we harvest as many vegetables, fruits, and herbs as possible. We process raw ingredients, cook, freeze-dry and pack ready products. We guarantee the utmost quality and safety of our food.

LYOFOOD comes from the world of Himalayan expeditions and Ocean racing. Since 1992 our food has been repeatedly tested in the most remote places and the harshest conditions. As a result, we have won not only devoted customers and loyal brand ambassadors, but also numerous awards including The Gold Industry Award for the tastiest outdoor meals on the market.

With over 50 products, including main courses, soups, breakfasts, desserts, snacks and smoothies, our Expedition Menu is also used by special forces, defense corps, mountain rescue teams, fire brigades, and other similar units in Europe.Our menu includes meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes. We also provide options that are free from gluten, lactose, and allergens to meet a range of individual dietary requirements.
