The KM-System company was established in 1998, starting its activity by providing service services in the plastics processing industry. In 2001, we started producing IML robots with pneumatic axis drive. Over the years, thanks to gaining experience and improving the design of robots, we have gained a wide group of serious customers, which is constantly expanding. In 2002, we started producing lateral robots with electric drive, which are characterized by high precision and high speed of work movements. In the design, we use a modern program for supporting design in 3D from Solid Works, which allows testing of various technical solutions and optimization of the design of designed robots. Manufacturing robots based on components and parts of leading companies, e.g. Mitsubishi, SMC, Bosch, Hiwin, etc. and constantly following the novelties on the market of automation and manufacturing technology, guarantees high quality, reliability and durability of our robots. We also equip the robots with vision control systems for full automation of detail control and selection of defects. The company, which initially employed a few people, currently employs 50 people and has become one of the most important robot manufacturers in Poland.

Our robots enjoy great interest and win awards at international exhibitions. We export to countries such as: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belarus, Ukraine, Lithuania.
In addition to the production of IML robots, KM-System also conducts commercial and service activities.
Since 2015, we have been a dealer of SMC blow molding machines, and we also cooperate with WATON, a company producing PET blow molding machines from preforms.
We offer a wide range of machines, from small for the production of bottles from 30 ml to 20 l, to machines for the production of large canisters and bottles with a volume of up to 60 l.
Application range - from small-batch production to large-batch production of small containers in 20-, 24-nest molds.
An important part of our offer is equipment for generating and neutralizing electrostatic charges from SIMCO-ION, for use in plants where electrostatics are used in the production process as well as where electrostatic phenomena constitute difficulties in production and are undesirable.
Our offer also includes injection molding machines manufactured by CHEN HSONG with a clamping force from 300 kN to 65,000 kN
Since last year, we have also been offering injection molds. We have started cooperation with a Ukrainian mold manufacturer with a world-renowned reputation.
