Ekochem has been operating comprehensively in the Polish and international plastic market since 1999. Over these 25 years, we have transitioned from an importer to a manufacturer of high-quality machines and complete technological lines for plastic processing based on our own designs, as well as from a recycler to a producer of specialized additives for plastics, such as transparent fillers and moisture absorbers with characteristics unmatched by other manufacturers.

A new addition to our offer is the AGGLO LRA 60 granulation line with TÜV certification. The TÜV certificate covers the entire technological production process of the line. Double-insulated heaters and noise reduction for the drives ensure energy savings and noise reduction during machine operation.

Another novelty is the RW die head model, which features a cutting system in a water jacket with pneumatic pressure. The die head has been fully designed and manufactured by Ekochem from Głogów, Patent No. 243923.

The SMART granulation line - our next innovation with integrated shredding, extrusion, and granulation all in one machine, is suitable for recycling films and materials such as HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, as well as for processing raw materials with minimal prints and metallization. The line is also suitable for processing PP and PA6. It is designed for independent recycling by feeding the raw material via a conveyor belt or auger feeder, as well as for recycling edge trims.
