INDRA, TECHNOLOGY THAT ANTICIPATES THE FUTURE
Indra is a unique company in Europe for its technology to protect the air domain and national assets in space.
It achieves this through a combination of proprietary systems and technologies: satellite constellations, telescopes, radars, anti-drone systems, and advanced command and control centers that provide a comprehensive view of the operational environment and enable missions to be carried out with maximum efficiency.
In command and control, the highlights include:
• The Anti-Aircraft Artillery Operations Center (COAAAS), a system designed to coordinate and manage air defense.
• The AIRDEF command and control system, one of the most sophisticated on the continent, implemented in centers of the Spanish Air and Space Force.
In radar systems, the highlights include:
• The MTR10 multifunction tactical radar with electronic scanning, a system capable of detecting, geolocating, and identifying aerial targets with great precision and speed in multiple missions. It is designed for networked operation and is deployed and operated from a truck, providing high mobility.
• The Lanza 3D radar family, based on a fully scalable and modular hardware and software architecture.
• Space object detection radars, currently operated by the Spanish Air and Space Force and being deployed by Indra for the German Air Force (Luftwaffe).
• In Poland, Indra is deploying up to 15 transportable radars for military and dual-use air traffic control at air bases across the country.
Anti-drone systems: The Crow solution detects, analyzes, identifies, and neutralizes drones of any type. It is currently in use by the armed forces of several countries.
Electronic defense: Indra provides sensors and active systems from HF to Ka frequency bands and offers customized SIGINT and EW solutions, including integrated communications in vehicles.
Avionics: Indra is the second-largest avionics systems supplier for the Eurofighter and the national coordinator of the NGWS/FCAS program for the development of the future air combat system.
In Space: Through its subsidiary Indra Space, the Indra Group is creating a European leader in the space sector with end-to-end capabilities, covering everything from satellite and onboard system development to mission design and management.
In Cyberdefense: Indra is the leading company in Europe coordinating the development of a new generation of pioneering capabilities. Its new cyber situational awareness system for multi-domain operations stands out.
On land: Indra leads the digitalization of tanks and armored vehicles, controls Tess Defence, the company that produces military vehicles, and is acquiring new industrial capabilities for their production.
In civil Air Traffic Management: Indra is a leading provider of cutting-edge systems to major air navigation service providers worldwide, including Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA).
