NHKZ Steel s.r.o. – Tooling, Automation and Comprehensive Manufacturing Solutions
NHKZ Steel is a dynamically growing Czech engineering company focused on the design, development and manufacturing of stamping tools, welding fixtures, automated workstations and robotic applications. Since its establishment in 2010, we have built modern production facilities and a stable team of specialists who combine precise toolmaking craftsmanship with the latest technologies in automation and industrial robotics.
The core pillar of the company is our tool shop, specializing in the design and production of tools for cold sheet metal stamping and deep drawing, including progressive and prototype tools. Our portfolio also includes the design and manufacturing of welding fixtures of varying complexity, special tools and molds. We utilize advanced design and simulation software, enabling us to optimize production processes already in the design phase and minimize risks during implementation into serial production.
We operate a modern machine park for CNC machining, EDM, milling, turning, grinding and other toolmaking operations. Tool service, maintenance and optimization throughout the entire lifecycle are standard parts of our offering. We place strong emphasis on precision, repeatability and long-term reliability of the solutions we deliver.
Since 2015, we have been developing our own automation division focused on the design and implementation of robotic workstations and special-purpose machines. We deliver comprehensive solutions including mechanical design, electrical installation, PLC and robot programming, production simulation and final integration at the customer’s site. We implement workstations for robotic welding, handling, milling, laser applications and other technological operations. An integral part of our services is also maintenance and repair of KUKA robots.
In 2021, we expanded our capacities by establishing our own stamping and metal welding operations. These facilities serve not only for testing stamping tools but also for serial production of stamped and welded components. We operate eccentric presses and robotic welding lines for both spot and MAG welding. By integrating toolmaking, automation and production under one roof, we offer customers complete solutions from concept to finished part.
