Proprietary technologies such as MyECOCUT and MyECAT enable fast, stable, and repeatable cutting of medium and thick sheets, ensuring the highest edge quality and process efficiency. Eagle’s portfolio also includes advanced automation systems and dedicated software supporting production management.
A key pillar of the company’s operations is its high level of production integration – up to 80% of key components are manufactured in-house. This ensures full control over quality, precision, and machine reliability. The remaining components are supplied by renowned technology partners such as IPG, IGUS, RENISHAW, BECKHOFF, and RAMPF.
The patented eVa cutting head guarantees exceptional repeatability and process stability. The iNspire series features, among others, a carbon fiber travers and polymer concrete machine body, providing outstanding vibration damping and thermal stability, which translates into maximum precision even at high speeds and accelerations.
