The company provides service not only for machines purchased from Dematec, but also for equipment previously left without service support.

The company ensures professional consulting, efficient logistics, and the supply of exclusively original and certified components, such as chip conveyors, bar feeders, chucking systems, collets, tool holders, measuring probes, rotary tables, oil mist extraction systems, and high-pressure pumps.

Trainings are conducted by experienced service engineers either at the customer’s site or at Dematec’s training center in Niepołomice, are tailored to individual needs, and conclude with the issuance of a training completion certificate.
