Description
The offer of CERTECH includes thermal spraying (Flame, Plasma, ARC, High Velocity Oxygen Fuel), weld overlaying/cladding (Plasma Transferred Arc) and machining. We manufacture following types of coatings: wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, cavitation and erosion resistant; thermal barrier coatings (TBC); coatings with good sliding properties and dielectric coatings. Examples of materials: ceramic coatings, metal alloys (stainless steels, Stellite and Inconel alloys), carbide coatings, bronze, molybdenum etc. We offer a comprehensive service of machining, production of new machines parts and regeneration of worn machines parts, including the restoration of nominal dimensions.
