At Fluid Power, CEJN presents the Non-Drip series of quick connect couplings and nipples for low-pressure fluid applications such as cooling of electronics, machinery and moulds. The dry-break function is fully leak-tight and 100% tested during production, ensuring reliable performance in liquid cooling systems. The cost-effective Non-Drip series is available in nickel-plated brass or corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 316. One-hand operation, unlimited combination options and different safety levels help prevent media mixing and incorrect flow direction. The series is ideal for fluid lines using cold or hot water, dielectric fluids, glycols, and mineral or synthetic heat transfer oils.

Power density in Fluid Power applications is rising rapidly, requiring efficient cooling solutions. Traditionally, air cooling has been used, but liquid-based systems offer clear advantages in demanding industrial environments. At the same time, leaks and pressure losses are critical concerns. ultraFLOW was developed as a series of lightweight, flat-face couplings ensuring no-spill connections, high flow rates and very low pressure drop. This allows lower pump pressure, improves system efficiency and reduces operating costs. The series is leak tested and made of hard-coated, high-strength aluminium. It is suitable for glycol-water, dielectric fluids, and mineral or synthetic heat transfer oils.
