At Baumalog, we manufacture automated storage systems for sheet metal, long goods, and tools. We design and deliver machines for automating laser cutting machines—from small systems for a single machine with a compact automated warehouse to advanced SmartFlow System solutions for multiple laser cutters, optimizing material flow and increasing the efficiency of sheet metal cutting processes.
All Baumalog storage systems are supported by our proprietary Flower Store software. It is WMS‑class software for warehouse management, ready for integration with the customer’s ERP and CAD/CAM systems. For more advanced Smart Flow systems, we developed Flower Pro—a system for managing production and material flow.

MonoTower® - automated sheet metal storage
The system consists of one storage column and moving extractor shifting shelves. MonoTower® is dedicated to store small amounts of sheets (steel sheets, plates, laminates etc.). The system is equipped with a depalletiser used for the separation of sheet metal packages from pallets – storing only goods without pallets allowes to fully use the storage space. MonoTower® work management is carried out using an operator panel with dedicated software – Flower Store. The system is suitable to be installed directly by the laser cutting machine and allows to optimally use the storage space.

MonoTower® - automated tools storage
MonoTower® - automated tools storage
The MonoTower® automated storage system is a compact solution for storing heavy tools like dies, technical instruments, test tools or spare parts. The system don’t requires much space and can be used as a small functional storage system in many tools store. The loading and unloading of goods is a executed through a shelf placed in the extractor. The loading of goods can be executed by a forklift or jib crane. The storage system is controlled through a software that can be integrated with ERP/WMS systems.

The MultiTower® system is designed to store large quantities of goods like profiles, bars, rods or pipes.
The system consists of multiple storage columns that are operated by the stacker crane that drives on the driving track. The stacker crane transports shelves into the loading-unloading station, there can be multiple loading-unloading stations inside the system and they can move in different directions delivering material to pick or directly to the production machines.
Baumalog software, depending on the chosen configuration, allows for e.g. integration with ERP and WMS systems and running comprehensive warehouse management (e.g. controlling minimum stocks, locations, handling orders in electronic form, ensuring the FIFO rule).

In case of storing huge quantities of steel sheets the perfect solution is the MultiTower®system, consisting of multiple storage columns, that enable storing material placed on the movable shelves.
The supporting structure consists of the front section and rear section, in which between the stacker crane moves. The system can be equipped with multiple loading-unloading stations that allows the input of the material into the system and the transport onto the machines (for example – laser cutting machines, punching machines).
Baumalog software, depending on the chosen configuration, allows for e.g. integration with ERP and WMS systems and running comprehensive warehouse management (e.g. controlling minimum stocks, locations, handling orders in electronic form, ensuring the FIFO rule).

The MultiTower® automated storage system is intended to store large quantities of heavy tools like dies, technical instruments or spare parts.
The system consists of multiple storage columns which are operated by the stacker crane that moves on driving track. The stacker crane transports the shelves to the loading-unloading stations which can be multiple and can drive in different directions delivering the materials that should be picked or directly to the production machines.

Automated storage system TransferTower® consists of 2 to 4 TwinTower® automated storage systems connected through a transfer station, which enables the transport of shelves between the storage columns. The transfer station usually moves at the top of the storage system and the shelves are delivered to it by elevators moving between the storage columns. The connection of the automated system with the transfer station enables access to every good kept in the system through the each loading-unloading station. The TransferTower® automated storage system can be placed in series to the longer or shorter side of the shelf.

The TwinTower® automated storage system, like its single-tower version, the MonoTower®, is the ideal solution for storing small quantities of sheets. Situated close to the sheet metal working machines (laser cutting or punching machines), it optimizes and speeds up the material flow and makes efficient use of the available space. The TwinTower® for storing metal sheets consists of two storage columns, between which an elevator transports shelves. The loading and unloading of the sheets onto the shelves at a fixed or movable station (depending on the version).

TwinTower® automated storage system is an optimal solution in case of storing small quantities of profiles, pipes, bars and other long goods. Placed right next to the long goods processing machine it enables the optimalization of the material flow process and use of the storage space.
TwinTower® consists of two storage columns, an extractor that shifts the shelves and a movable or solid station, where the loading/unloading takes place. The loading-unloading station can move in different directions also outside the building where the input of new materials can be executed.
In case of storing full bundles of long goods, the station can be equipped with a hydraulic lifting device that will enable lifting of the bundle which leads to easy access to the bundle with the use of a forklift, without the need of using slings.

TwinTower® automated storage system is a perfect solution for storing heavy tools like dies, technical instruments, test tools or spare parts. The system can be used as functional storage system in many tool warehouses ensuring safe tool storing and saving space.
TwinTower® consists of two storage columns, between which the extractor moves, that transports the shelves loaded with goods to the loading-unloading station.
The loading and unloading process can be executed with a forklift, jib crane or manually. The controlling of the systems is processed through our software, that can be integrated with ERP and WMS systems.

Loader 2.0 enables automated loading/unloading cycles for laser cutting machines. The architecture comprises two autonomous units: a loading module and an unloading module.
The loading module incorporates a vacuum gripper array, a sheet separation unit, and an integrated thickness measurement system for precise material handling. It feeds single workpieces onto the laser table.
The unloading module utilizes a dual-section fork system to evacuate processed workpieces to a designated storage rack or pallet. Total cycle time is less then 75s.
The Loader 2.0 configuration supports direct-to-table sheet feeding.
The Loader 2.0 is pre-configured for interfacing with automated storage systems.
System is compatible with multi-brand laser cutting machines.

The system consists of 2 to 4 TwinTower® automated storage systems connected with a transfer station that enables the transport of shelves between the columns. The transfer station moves at the top section of the system and the shelves are delivered to it by a moving elevator that works between the storage columns.

BridgeTower - automated long materials storage system
The BridgeTower automatic storage system is designed for the storage and transportation of large quantities of long materials, such as profiles, bars and pipes. The system consists of multiple storage columns and movable shelves operated by a stacker crane. The stacker crane transports shelves within the system and to loading/unloading stations that move in various directions, delivering materials directly to the vicinity of production machinery.

MultiLoader - laser cutter automation
MultiLoader is designed to load and unload laser cutting machines. The system consists of independent working modules, the loading module and the unloading module and a trackway on which the modules move.
The loading module, which loads the single sheets onto the laser cutting machine table is equipped in a set of vacuum suctions, dedicated separation and thickness control system.
The unloading module consists of two-element forks, which unload the cut pieces from the laser cutting machine table and load onto the transport station or conveyor belt so the cut pieces can get delivered to the operators or on to the shelf of the automated storage system.
The MultiLoader can process multiple laser cutting machines and the modular construction allows to extend the system in the future.

SmartFlow System is a solution for automated steel sheet processing. It consists of an automated loading and unloading of laser cutting machines and an automated steel sheets storage system. The system can process multiple laser cutting machines simultaneously enabling the full use of cutting speed and the high efficiency of manufacturing. Every time we design the system we take into consideration the specific needs of the client and character of manufacturing process.
