The system consists of one storage column and moving extractor shifting shelves. MonoTower® is dedicated to store small amounts of sheets (steel sheets, plates, laminates etc.). The system is equipped with a depalletiser used for the separation of sheet metal packages from pallets – storing only goods without pallets allowes to fully use the storage space. Placed right next to the long goods processing machine it enables the optimalization of the material flow process and use of the storage space. TwinTower® consists of two storage columns, an extractor that shifts the shelves and a movable or solid station, where the loading/unloading takes place. The loading-unloading station can move in different directions also outside the building where the input of new materials can be executed. In case of storing full bundles of long goods, the station can be equipped with a hydraulic lifting device that will enable lifting of the bundle which leads to easy access to the bundle with the use of a forklift, without the need of using slings.

Loader 2.0 enables automated loading/unloading cycles for laser cutting machines. The architecture comprises two autonomous units: a loading module and an unloading module. The loading module incorporates a vacuum gripper array, a sheet separation unit, and an integrated thickness measurement system for precise material handling. It feeds single workpieces onto the laser table. The unloading module utilizes a dual-section fork system to evacuate processed workpieces to a designated storage rack or pallet. Total cycle time is less then 75s. The Loader 2.0 configuration supports direct-to-table sheet feeding. The Loader 2.0 is pre-configured for interfacing with automated storage systems. System is compatible with multi-brand laser cutting machines.

The system consists of multiple storage columns and movable shelves operated by a stacker crane. The stacker crane transports shelves within the system and to loading/unloading stations that move in various directions, delivering materials directly to the vicinity of production machinery.

MultiLoader is designed to load and unload laser cutting machines. The system consists of independent working modules, the loading module and the unloading module and a trackway on which the modules move. The loading module, which loads the single sheets onto the laser cutting machine table is equipped in a set of vacuum suctions, dedicated separation and thickness control system. The unloading module consists of two-element forks, which unload the cut pieces from the laser cutting machine table and load onto the transport station or conveyor belt so the cut pieces can get delivered to the operators or on to the shelf of the automated storage system. The MultiLoader can process multiple laser cutting machines and the modular construction allows to extend the system in the future.
