The Mink MBS-System is superior to conventional conveyor belts, which explains why this concept is preferred by customers in so many different industries. This modular brush conveyor belt can handle products of every conceivable kind, while preventing damage and avoiding contamination and noise. The bristle surface can be adjusted to the required degree of gentleness. If repairs become necessary, individual modules can be replaced quickly and easily. The belts are highly resistant to acids, alkalis and heat.

With its unique design and flexible bristles, the Mink Slide-Brush for vibratory conveyors offers the solution for smooth parts transport. Small parts such as screws or nuts are conveyed to their final position by vibrations via the bristle tips. Mink Special brush panels
Mink brush panels reliably prevent damage to surfaces. Sensitive surfaces, e.g. sheet metal, furniture panels or glass, can be easily moved and conveyed on thousands of individual flexible bristle tips.
By angling the bristles there are additional advantages – optimal gliding in the direction of the angled bristles or conversely the bristles can act as a brake and allow a stacking or slowing down of products.
The positioning of the bristle bundles can also be designed to cope with the wide range of demands for each particular application.

Mink Cross-Cleaning-System
The Mink Cross-Cleaning-System was developed to thoroughly remove loose particles from surfaces. The linearly arranged belt brushes reliably clean product surfaces crosswise to the conveying direction and are quickly replaceable. The modular system can be individually adjusted to the respective application. The cleaning unit consists of a torsionfree carrier rail on which the belt brush can be mounted in various different options, an electric drive, a cleaning unit for the brush as well as an extraction hood. Thanks to the low height of the system, installation and removal, even on existing machines, is very simple.
