The majestic FIT WEEKEND 2016!

The Polish Bodybuilding Championship organized in conjunction with the Polish Bodybuilding, Fitness and Powerlifting Association has evolved for three years; now it gains a brand new image. This year Targi Kielce presents the début, multi-sports event - FIT Weekend 2016. Bodybuilding, martial arts, pole dance and healthy lifestyle aficionados will certainly find something to their interest. Join us in Kielce on 23 and 24 April.

- This is going to be southern Poland's greatest event which combines several sports disciplines. The success and interest the Polish Championship in Bodybuilding and Fitness has generated was the source of inspiration to expand the event's scope. Bodybuilders - step forward!

Targi Kielce will again be the stage for professional bodybuilders competing for the Polish Champion title. Poland's Men, Women and Pair Championship in Bodybuilding has been held in Targi Kielce's Congress Centre for three years now; the event has gained excellent reputation and recognition. Last year's edition brought together over 400 contestants, the championship attracted the public of more than 3,000. This year's contestants will also fight to win the Fitness Grand Prix' titles.
