NOTEĆ is a Polish family-owned company with several decades of experience in the production of cast iron castings, machining and metal forming.
We provide comprehensive manufacturing of components in accordance with the customer's technical documentation. Our modern machinery park, equipped with several dozen CNC milling and turning machines, enables us to manufacture a wide range of different components. From simple turned parts, through more complex and precision components, to the most demanding parts machined on 5-axis machines.
We machine carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals, as well as special and tool steels. We also provide machining services for both forgings and cast iron and steel castings.
We provide comprehensive services in the field of metal forming, cutting and welding of steel components and structures – from individual parts to complex industrial structures. The entire production process is carried out under the supervision of qualified personnel and in accordance with applicable quality and technological requirements.
We offer our customers a complete, finished product.
Our services cover the entire process – from purchasing the raw material and carrying out comprehensive machining in accordance with the technical drawing, through to additional processes such as:heat treatment, wet and powder coating, electroplating and hot-dip galvanizing, phosphating, black oxide treatment and other technological processes required by the project.
The entire process is carried out in a consistent and controlled manner by a single technological team by using CAE solutions and Rekord.ERP Production Management System
We manufacture a full range of grey and ductile iron castings.
We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire process – from design to the finished casting. We also design and manufacture the necessary foundry patterns and tooling.
At the customer's request, castings can be supplied: as-cast, free from burnt-on moulding sand, sandblasted, tumbled, shot-blasted, stress-relief annealed, machined and painted.

Grey cast iron according to PN-EN 1561: EN-GJL-200, EN-GJL-250, EN-GJL-300 EN-GJL-350
Maximum weight of a raw casting: approx. 2.100 kg
Chromium-alloyed grey cast iron: ZlCr0.8%, ZlCr2.5%
Maximum weight of a raw casting: approx. 2,100 kg
Ductile cast iron according to PN-EN 1563: EN-GJS-400-15, EN-GJS-400-18, EN-GJS-400-18LT, EN-GJS-450-10, EN-GJS-500-7, EN-GJS-600-3, EN-GJS-700-2
Maximum weight of a raw casting: approx. 1,400 kg
We use the following moulding methods:
• Manual moulding in sand moulds based on furan resin binders,
• Manual moulding in sand moulds based on bentonite-bonded moulding materials,
• Machine moulding using FKT jolting-squeezing moulding machines.
REVERSE ENGINEERING: For spare parts for which technical documentation is not available, we provide reverse engineering and part reconstruction services.
