Elmetal was established in 1999. Labelling of industrial installations has always been at the centre of our operations. Our continuously expanding product range includes anti-slip protection, ergonomic mats, portable label printers as well as lockout/tagout systems.
Elmetal supplies marking systems for production installations and labelling for entire plants. Based on process diagrams, we design individual labelling elements, such as identification plates, information boards, OHS signs, passageway labelling, and many more.
Our product portfolio consists mostly of products which come from our own production lines. Only highest-quality materials are used to guarantee legibility, an extended service life and resistance to adverse weather conditions.

Elmled is a collision avoidance system with led safety sign projectors. It helps avoid work accidents in production halls and warehouses in areas with limited visibility, blind spots, areas with increased forklift and other motor vehicle traffic, busy intersections and regular operational traffic. Also to be installed on overhead cranes and other cranes.
With radar or IP camera image analysis, the system detects movement (from multiple directions) and, based on predefined criteria, triggers the projection of security signs from an led projector. Elmled allows the installation of any number of radars (or cameras) and projectors, depending on the specifics of the site.

The boards and signs manufactured by Elmetal form part of the plant visualisation system and are a tool of the Lean Management system. They are made exclusively from high-quality materials. The variety of the materials on offer enables a suitable selection of the product to the objective it is to fulfil.
The boards can carry any content. They can contain information on the required protective clothing, safety principles applicable at the plant and potential hazards. The boards can also carry maps depicting the layout of the plant or department as well as evacuation maps. As required by the Lean Management system, Elmetal can manufacture any boards to visually inform the employees of any instructions from the management.

Pipe marking: pipeline marking tapes and self-adhesive labels offer the simplest method of applying safety labelling onto pipelines.
Clearly labelled pipelines in industrial facilities help ensure a safe and efficient workplace. When pipes are clearly marked, accidents involving worker safety and property damage are much less likely.
If employees, emergency services or even visitors to an industrial plant are unable to quickly determine the contents of a particular pipeline, it can be the cause of incredibly hazardous situations. Piping can be misidentified, which may lead to someone misdiagnosing the risks posed by a hazardous substance. But what usually happens? In the absence of legible signage, employees take much longer to find out what is flowing through a given pipeline during repairs and inspections.

We engrave data plates using the laser technique or mechanically (engraving and milling machine). We engrave on PVC laminates, aluminium, stainless stee, brass and other material according to demand.
The size of the data plate, its design (eg. rounded corners), the layout of the text, the holes needed for mounting can be tailored to customer specifications.
Our experience and the newest technologies we have at our disposal guarantee a short period of realisation, even of a large number of plates, and the high quality of these plates.

We design and manufacture PPE signs for halls and warehouses, manufacturing plants, laboratories and construction sites. We provide legible health and safety signs with ISO 7010-compliant pictograms, including injunction signs and “mandatory use of PPE” messages (goggles, helmet, gloves, S3 footwear, earmuffs, masks). We ensure high visibility of messages in entrance areas, lines, docks and passageways.
We select the execution according to the place of display: UV printing directly on the board or printing on film with lamination (matte/gloss/anti-graffiti). We use 1-2 mm hard PVC, 3 mm composite aluminum (Dibond) and magnetic versions – solutions for interiors and exteriors, resistant to abrasion, UV radiation and weather conditions.
We prepare personalized PPE boards with zone name, list of required measures, numbering and QR codes for instructions.
