HEALTHY BREADS MADE AT TH ECO-STYLE EXPO!
Master Czesław Meus from the Polish Ecology Association explains how to bake healthy bread with various organic additives.
- Baking bread is not that difficult, even if you do it at home - he says - at the Eco-Style we bake wholemeal breads with the use of ecological flours bought from Polish farmers.
