Automatically controlled measuring stop. HMI touchscreen for position programming. PLC module for operation control and precise movement by servo motor. Measurement is based on a digital encoder integrated with the motor. Positioning accuracy: ± 0.1 mm. HIWIN linear guide and carriages ensure precise motion over the full measuring range. Drive is transmitted by a reinforced, backlash-free polyurethane belt. Rollers with suitable load capacity. Height adjustment and swivel feet with anchoring option. Fully compatible with single-head saws and cutting machines. User-friendly English interface. Proprietary software allows flexible modification of operating options and menu appearance. CNC Machining Centre Phantomatic M3
A numerically controlled 3-axis machining centre with automatic tool rotation in three fixed positions, enabling the machining of three profile planes. Designed for machining profiles made of aluminium, PVC and light alloys.
It is equipped with a manual tool magazine with 9 slots, to which one or two automatic magazines, each with 4 slots, can be added, installed on either side of the cabin. The profile is positioned using a pneumatic stop located on the left-hand side and clamped in place by 4 sturdy clamps adjusted automatically by the X-axis.
The optional installation of a second pneumatic stop on the right-hand side allows for the machining of oversized profiles with a length double that of the working area.
It features a movable worktable that facilitates the loading and unloading of the workpiece and significantly increases the machinable area.

Double mitre-saw Precision TS2
A double-head saw with 3 numerically controlled axes. The cutting heads can be tilted within a range from 45° (inward) to 15° (outward), with a precision of 280 positions per degree. The saw features a hydro-pneumatic feed system for the cutting blades. A unique, EMMEGI-patented, electronically controlled head tilt system ensures blade positioning, workpiece clamping and cutting with a precision unmatched by other saws. The head moves along the X-axis on linear guides and bearings, whilst the tilting of the heads is achieved via double-bearing guides. Each head has its own individually operated, automatically lifting front guard.
The ‘DIGICLAMP’ electronic clamping position control system ensures the clamping cylinders are optimally positioned for every cut and prevents operation if the clamp is in collision with a blade. The machine is controlled via a touchscreen panel.
