In addition to building sealing, technical foams are another important area of the company’s expertise.
As a leading company in sealing technology, ISO-Chemie has launched a wide range of high-performance “Made in Germany” products for joint sealing applications in areas such as window installation, pre-wall installation in the external thermal insulation layer, solid construction, industrial and commercial construction, metal façade construction and timber construction. These products can be used in energy-efficient construction both in new buildings and in the energy-efficient refurbishment of existing buildings.
The sealing specialist’s system solutions help to optimise key building physics parameters in energy-efficient construction, including airtightness, permanent elasticity, weather resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as protection against moisture and fire, while also contributing to a healthy indoor climate. The system components, specifically developed for reliable building sealing, are coordinated in terms of function and application and meet the stringent requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG).

ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC
Multi-functional tape 4.0 with integrated foil barrier layers
ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC combines the quality features of premium window connection foils with the benefits of MF 1-certified (previously BG 1- and BG R-certified) multi-functional joint sealing tapes. This new hybrid technology combines excellent impermeability to air and resistance to driving rain of foils with the considerable expansion force and significant long-term capacity to absorb movements of pre-compressed PUR soft foam.
Multi-functional to RAL standards
With an a-value of 0,00 m³ / [h · m · (daPa)2/3], ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC is 100% airtight on the inside, preventing heat losses by convection. In the functional area, the tape has high acoustic and thermal insulation values while, in the weather protection layer the resistance to driving rain (1,200 Pa) is greatly above-average. By integrating several barrier layers, ISO-BLOCO HYBRATEC conforms to the RAL principle of “inside tighter than outside”.
Reliably energy-efficient in passive and zero-energy houses

High load-bearing capability and load transfer in one
The IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3“ is made up of load-bearing, thermally insulating system profiles made of high-compressed THERMAPOR. The excellent thermal conductivity of the moulded parts guarantees perfect integration in the EWIS and optimum Ψ-values (Psi). Thus thermal bridges are optimised and a high degree of insulation achieved in the cavity area, what prevents the risk of mould formation in the connection area around the window opening.
A high load-bearing capability and load transfer
The IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3“ provides a high load-bearing capability and load transfer in one. The high density of 150 kg/m³ not only provides a very good load-bearing capacity for bearing window weights, it is also sturdy enough to transfer all other loads safely to the masonry. The ISO-TOP WINFRAMER SYSTEM PROFILES can be further reinforced using bearing brackets made of aluminium. Tightly fitting console slots have been integrated in the system profiles for this purpose. With large elements in particular, this leaves enough scope for increased loads and fulfilment of the requirements set out in TRAV and the ETB directive.
Easy installation process
The IN FRONT OF WALL INSTALLATION SYSTEM ISO-TOP WINFRAMER „TYPE 3“ can be used for the installation of windows in the insulating layer. The wind suction, dead and casement loads are absorbed directly by the ISO-TOP WINFRAMER SYSTEM PROFILES and transferred to the load-bearing wall.
