The RPC 1200 beam cutting machine is a high speed plasma cutting machine. It’s the most advanced and productive one on the market today. The new RPC offers high speed plasma cutting of ready-to-fit parts prepared for any desired connection; both welded and bolted connections. The RPC sets a new standard by offering an entire fabrication shop in a single machine.
HGG uses cutting routines that make you fabricate faster by reducing the amount of ignitions and creating a new part with every single cut. Using our High Speed Plasma Technology, ready-to-fit parts come off the machine, prepared for the desired connection.
The RPC 1200 production results were tested by Element Materials Technology, a global provider intesting, inspection and certification services. The test results met the requirements of these standards within execution class 2 and 3 (EXC2 and EXC3).

PEMA SKYTRACK station
PEMA Skytrack is a compact welding robot, integrated with a L-type positioner, designed for companies that want to quickly increase their productivity and production flexibility. Due to the small footprint, the robot is quick to install and easy to implement into production. The basic set includes a 6-axis robot arm on a carriage enabling X-axis movement, mounted on top of a 2 ton L-type positioner. The whole, together with the control cabinet and welding equipment, form a uniform set delivered in this form from the PEMA factory. The station does not require a foundation and, if necessary, can be transported with a forklift. Robotic welding has never been so easy – jut plug and weld.

PEMA Columns & Booms solution – HD series
The HD series is a long-range welding column and boom designed for heavy-duty operations. The ability to connect the column and boom to the rollerbed and positioner is a standard feature of the control system. Columns & Booms HD series are specifically designed for SAW single and double wire submerged arc welding, MIG/MAG and TIG welding.
Columns & Booms HD series can be easily integrated with PEMA rollerbeds and positioners to increase the productivity, quality and safety of an automated welding. This column and boom solution is used to perform longitudinal and circumferential welds – the vertical movement and extension of the boom and the movement of the entire column and boom on the rail carriage are motorized. The welding head is mounted on mechanized cross slides, controlled manually by a joystick or an automatic joint tracking system.

PEMA Multi Robot Welding Stations
Robotic welding stations supported by one ore more robots moving on a portal or column and boom structure increase welding productivity. The layout of the solution allows to unload/load the workpiece at one station, while the robot is welding at the other station. There is also a possibility to carry out manual operations without interrupting the ongoing robotic welding.
PEMA Robotic welding stations are usually equipped with off-line control with user-friendly PEMA WeldControl 300 OFFLINE software, which is particularly advantageous for one-off or low-volume production. Rapid programming of the welding of thick, beveled butt joints is provided by PEMA WeldControl 300 SCAN software with laser groove scanning.
