Magnetic drums MB
A drum magnet is a device for automatic and permanent removal of magnetic iron metals from inert materials. The permanent magnet systems simplify the separation of ferrous particles, allowing for automatic recovery without production stoppage. At the same time the magnetic drum protects the subsequent machinery (e. g., shredders, mills, grinders) from breakage.
It finds application in recycling, waste and wood processing as well as in the food, cement or lime industry.

Magnetic separator for the hoppers of injection moulding machines s designed to separate iron tramp from free-flowing dry materials (such as regranulates, crushed plastic materials, plastic crumb, rejected mouldings etc.). The hopper magnet protects the moulding machines (with standard cone hoppers) and other processing equipment from damage by ferromagnetic particles.

The magnetic grate separator alerting when the magnet has reached the level of saturation with ferromagnetic contaminants gives a reliable answer to the question when the operator has to clean the magnet. It is a known fact that the magnetic separation efficiency of a magnetic grid clogged with ferrous particles is significantly reduced.
The alarm light provides customers with clear and understandable information about when the magnetic separator needs to be cleaned, as well as when it is not necessary to perform the cleaning.
The light signal gives the operator information about the magnetic separator efficiency at three levels - 100%, 50% and 0%.
