The Deep WashR from PLASMAQ is the result of years of developing solutions to more effectively remove tough contaminants from recyclables. The unit is based on Plasmaq's traditional CTR centrifuge and is equipped with water injection for intensive washing to remove microcontaminants and further improve the detachment of paper, dust and other unwanted materials. Two primary goals were considered in the development of the Deep WashR's final design: to achieve the highest material quality and to make maintenance operations as easy as possible. The Deep WashR can also operate as a traditional centrifuge. High durability and functional flexibility combined with easy maintenance make the Deep WashR from PLASMAQ the preferred choice of maintenance specialists, production managers and quality inspectors.

PLASCOMPACT® screw presses are designed for drying flexible plastics (LDPE/LLDPE/PP raffia) in the recycling process. Washed, wet flakes enter, controlled by an algorithm developed by PLASMAQ, a compaction chamber. They are then loosened and transported to the extrusion phase. The unique PLASCOMPACT® concept ensures that stable material with ideal moisture content enters the extruder, eliminating gassing and viscosity fluctuations. This translates into higher line productivity. The operation of the Portuguese presses is based on a mechanical process, with no heating and no plasticization of the material. In this way, the plastic retains its mechanical properties. The capacity of PLASCOMPACT® CS 2000 EP is 2000 kg/h for LDPE film. As with other presses produced by PLASMAQ, it provides material moisture content of 5% or less and 75% energy savings.

Plasmaq's latest innovation: a multi-purpose washing line. Its purpose is to recycle within one washing system, many types of polyolefin packaging: post-industrial and post-consumer, hard and flexible, e.g. LDPE/ LLDPE films, big bags, HDPE bottles, PP canisters of various sizes. The type of machines and their layout in the line are purposeful and tested, operation is simplified as much as possible.
