Founded in 2020, Ningbo DW Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. (short as DW Machinery) is specialized in the production and trading of various precision parts used on plastic injection molding and extrusion machinery, including screws, barrels, tie bars, pistons and related machining parts.
For providing quality precision parts with super wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, high-pressure and high-speed resistance, our team consists a number of engineers, technicians and sales personnel who possess extensive industry experience and expertise.
At present, our product series include:
1. Bimetallic, nitrided or chrome plated screw barrel sets;
2. Tie bars, column shafts, nuts and pistons;
3. Heater bands and coupling, gearbox (sales agent);
4. New and used injection molding machine (sales agent);
5. New and used extrusion machine (sales agent).
In order to meet our customers' needs, DW Machinery independently develops, designs and innovates, and has obtained a number of product patents. Also, as an ISO9001 certified company, we continue to improve Quality Control System through precise inspection during every step of the production.
DW Machinery owns series of advanced equipment, such as CNC Machining Center, CNC Turning Machine, Inner Hole Grinding Machine, 13 Meters Deep Hole Boring Machine, NC drilling machine, Nitriding Furnace Computer Control System, Centrifugal Casting Furnace, PTA Bimetallic Spraying Equipment, gear milling machine and so on.
