Description
Nurel, part of the Samca Group, is a polymer manufacturer based in Zaragoza, Spain. For over fifty years, their products have been contributing to minimizing dependence on petroleum derivatives. The company promotes the use of renewable energy sources and reducing the amount of plastic waste in the environment
NUREL BIOPOLYMERS production focuses on high-quality materials, under the INZEA brand, with permanent properties that will replace conventional non-renewable plastics.
TECOM S.r.l.
Specialized in the construction of blown film extrusion lines, TECOM supplies single and multilayer plants of different sizes, capable of processing all types of thermoplastic materials, biodegradable polymers and post-industrial, and post-consumer recycled materials.
WE CREATE SOLUTIONS FOR A CIRCULAR ECONOMY
FILMS MADE BY POLYOLEFIN, BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE, RECYCLED MATERIALS
Since the early 90s TECOM started its GREEN evolution, developing its first blown film lines for eco-sustainable polymers and registering its own GO BIO trademark, which makes the company’s goal unmistakable.
Environmental sustainability is one of TECOM’s corporate values and one of its production objectives; that’s why we started to design blown film extrusion lines dedicated to the processing of biodegradable and compostable polymers or regenerated recycled polymers.
UNION is constantly committed to developing of new extrusion technologies, today more than ever with particular attention to the environment, focusing on improving the energy efficiency of its equipment and the reuse of post-consumer plastics, giving them a new and significant added value.
The use of plastic is essential, but disposing it in the environment constitutes the first cause of environmental degradation, together with its non-reuse: the solution is to use non-virgin material as much as possible, recovering the one already in circulation, thus avoiding to put new material in the market, and consequently in the environment.
For this reason, some of our solutions are focused on solving these problems. Among the specific applications we mention:
High performance recycling lines for different types of material
Extrusion lines for a wide range of products from recycled materials
Innovative technology for the production of EPS microgranules from waste material
