Peroxide masterbatches - IPS Peroxide Masterbatches are polypropylene to increase the MFI (melt flow index) of the polypropylene and polypropylene compounds and improve molecular weight distribution. Options available from 2% to 20% concentration
Non peroxide melt accelerator- Our Heat Reducing Additive is peroxide free and is the perfect combination between Cooling additives and external processing aid, the product has the feature of increasing the flow rate of PP plastic without any adverse effect on physical or mechanical properties.
Process aid – a blend of Endothermic Blowing Agents. Simple to use – no additional equipment needed or time consuming changes to processes. Component weight reduction, sink mark removal and improved cycle times as well as saving energy

PURGING AGENT - Unlike other purging compounds on the market, which act through different mechanisms and with temperature-related limitations, 4clean (in its PURE version) works between 80° and 420° C with all thermoplastics.
