INTEMO S.A, since almost three decades, has been creating their strong market position, becoming a leading player in the plastic processing industry and tool manufacturing. Meet INTEMO S.A. - where tradition meets innovation and the vast experience creates continuous development.
INTEMO S.A. is very much involved in sustainability. The use of recycled materials and attention to sourcing energy from renewables reduces the company’s carbon footprint. The company uses energy-saving technologies investing in fully electrical injection molding machines that constitute 98% of its total machine park.
The factory consists of two production facilities in central northern Poland: Piotrków Kujawski and Bydgoszcz with over 80 injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 1300 tons of clamping force. This diversification lets the company produce plastic parts made from: PA, PBT, PC, ABS, PP, ASA, TPE, with weight from 0,05 g to 12 kg.
Besides that, INTEMO S.A. has a modern toolshop which can make injection molds weighing up to 20 tons - standard, two- and three-component, stack, rotary, with gas injection, family, thermoforming. The toolshop, which is the heart of the company, is filled with advanced equipment and experienced employees. It is here where innovative solutions and precision equipment are used to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers and market needs.
The company stands out in the market not only for its technological development but the engagement and leadership of its employees. Support is also provided by our own Research and Development Center working in the field of conceptual design and consulting. The company has its own design and technological department, using the latest software with a possibility of reverse engineering.
