Description
We are a company with over 200 employees, headquartered in Česká Třebová, with an annual turnover of 14 million euros.
Since 1991, we have specialized in the production of precision plastic moldings with the possibility of subsequent assembly. An important part of our production is the coating of these plastic parts according to customer requirements.
Production of plastics parts goes on injection molding machine ENGEL and DEMAG brands with clamping force 120 -1500 tons. We are able to produce parts from few grams to up to 5 kilograms.
We produce exposed and technical parts for exterior or interior, engine compartment, parts for the production of headlights and taillights. We also offer assembly of parts into more complex units, ultrasonic welding, pad printing, spraying or pressing of components and plating of reflective and decorative surfaces.
Our experience with metalization dates back to 2005. Currently we using two types of plating – steaming of AL layers and sputtering using chrome, aluminum and stainless steel. With this technology, we also perform reactive sputtering, such as chromium nitride layers.
We hold all necessary certifications for our operations, including IATF 16949, TISAX, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 9001.
Our products primarily meet the demands of the automotive and electrical industries, as well as telecommunications and environmental sectors, not only in the Czech Republic but also internationally. Our key customers include Škoda Auto, Volkswagen, Innomotics (Siemens), Forvia (Hella), Magna, and Mahle.
