BIANAR, the in-house toolshop of BIAZET S.A., specializes in the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of injection molds for the plastics industry.
Our team of 60 highly qualified employees produces approximately 100 new tools annually, covering molds for precision components across industries such as home appliances, HVAC, water filtration, professional equipment, DIY, and medical sectors.
Thanks to an advanced machine park and in-house design teams, we offer end-to-end services — from CAD/CAM design to manufacturing and comprehensive maintenance throughout the mold lifecycle.
We manufacture molds for customers in Poland, Europe, and Asia, ensuring top-quality standards, timely deliveries, and flexible, project-tailored solutions.

Contract Manufacturing of Medical Products in Compliance with ISO 13485:2016
BIAZET S.A. is currently implementing its newest development investment aimed at launching a new contract manufacturing offer for the medical, baby care, and cosmetics sectors in 2026.
As part of the investment, we are building a specialized infrastructure featuring 1000 m² of assembly and production space in a controlled ISO Class 8 Clean Room environment.
The project includes the installation of state-of-the-art electric injection molding machines (50–200 tons clamping force) and the implementation of processes fully compliant with ISO 13485 standards.
Our dedicated, specialized project team will provide complete support from product development, through manufacturing under cleanroom conditions, to packaging and logistics.
Our goal is to deliver comprehensive, safe, and high-quality certified contract manufacturing solutions for customers requiring stringent production environments.
