Polcomm solutions are an economical and reliable choice for grooving, parting and general turning. The DeGroove offer includes all standard dimensions of holders or blades with mounting blocks. Among the available inserts we will find chip breakers and grades adapted to the requirements of individual machined materials: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, heat-resistant alloys and aluminum.

Based on our extensive experience in cutting processes, Polcomm® prepared an offer of indexable inserts for turning, milling and grooving. We offer inserts manufactured according to ISO standard and based on the customers’ own design as well as customised solutions to meet customers’ needs. Polcomm® has implemented a complete technology for manufacturing replaceable carbide indexable inserts in new factory. All processes, starting from designing the geometry of inserts and dies, through manufacturing of compacting tool sets, pressing, sintering, grinding, vacuum brazing, and laser shaping, to coating are carried out in this factory.
