The HB 130T Evo4.0 by LAZZATI S.p.A. is a high-performance heavy horizontal boring machine designed for precision, efficiency, and sustainability. It features a Ø150 mm boring spindle, 75 kW power, and 3,250 Nm torque, with speeds up to 4,000 RPM. The LHS Hydrostatic System ensures wear-free operation and thermal stability.

The HB 2ML Evo4.0 is equipped with a 75 kW, 1100 Nm spindle that can operate at speeds of up to 4500 rpm. The A UA 360 automatic universal head allows positioning on two axes with an accuracy of 1°, increasing versatility for complex operations. Thanks to its large axis travels (8000 mm in the X axis, 2500 mm in the Y axis and 1600 mm in the Z axis), the machine is perfect for high-intensity sectors such as aerospace, marine and energy.

The Lazzati HB 160MM Evo 4.0 is a horizontal milling and boring machine designed for maximum productivity and precision.
Its GJL250 cast iron structure and LHS - Lazzati Hydrostatic System ensure rigidity and frictionless movements.
The DCS - Dynamic Compensation System maintains volumetric accuracy <0.015 mm, while TCS Evo Boring provides thermal control.
The 160 mm spindle delivers 80 kW, 4,000 Nm, and 4,000 RPM, with LAS stabilization and DPS-X backlash recovery.
Featuring large axis travels (X: 4,000 + n° x 1,000 mm, Y: 3,000 ÷ 5,000 mm, Z: 1,600 mm, W: 1,100 mm), it includes a Heidenhain iTNC640 CNC, remote diagnostics, -25% energy savings, and a touch interface.
