INDUSTRY 2.0 has over 15 years of experience! We specialise in the consultation, sale and supply of electrically, gas, microwave and induction heated heat treatment furnaces. The equipment we offer includes industrial or laboratory ovens as well as HIP and CIP isostatic presses and HPP systems for the pressure preservation of food. A new division is CNC laser equipment and cutting machines as well as welding and marking machines.

Nasza oferta to piece z wymuszonym obiegiem oraz piece wysokotemperaturowe do hartowania. Piec do obróbki cieplnej z dwojgiem drzwi służy do procesów zarówno odpuszczania z cyrkulacją powietrza jak również do hartowania nawet do 1300ºC.
The cookers are characterised by the following parameters:

# Heating spirals on ceramic tubes
# Heating on three sides (heating spirals mounted on two side walls and in the shaft).
# Thick ceramic plate(s) provide protection for the heaters on the cooker shaft (other protection optional)
# Stove door:
-> door opening to the left with circulator for tempering to 860'C,
-> door opening to the right for quenching to 1300`C
-> safety device which does not allow operation at a higher temperature than 860`C with door with air circulator
-> the air circulator runs continuously when the door is closed - switches off automatically when the door is opened
-> door opening on ball bearings (light and faultless)
-> door opens safely with the cold side facing the operator (high operational safety)
# Stainless steel around the brick inlet
# Stainless steel on top of the door (when the door is open it serves as a loading platform)
# Oven inlet (arch and bottom) made of heat-resistant bricks
