The S-090 universal chamfering machine, with a machining range from 4 to 80 mm, has been designed to perform a variety of machining works, m.in. chamfering the edges of pipes and bars, face drilling of bars, turning the ends of tubes and bars made of carbon and stainless steel and aluminum. The chamfer can be operated manually.
The structure of the chamfering machine is made of steel, placed on a table, driven by a 2.2 kW electric motor with an inverter, which allows you to adjust the rotational speed of the head (200-1400 rpm) according to the diameter of the workpiece and the type of material. A tool head is mounted to the spindle in which the work tools are attached. The workpieces are mounted in a three-jaw clamping chuck. The machining system has been built in with a special cover. The movement of the tool head is carried out by the rotation of the wheel.
