Na Miodowo is a family-run craft meadery based in the Polish Jura (Kraków-Częstochowa Upland), built on a passion for bees, fermentation, and well-told stories. Our journey began with beekeeping and evolved into a dedicated pursuit of traditional mead making, guided by patience, craftsmanship, and respect for nature.

We work exclusively with honey from our own apiaries. This gives us full control over the quality of our raw material and allows us to build flavor from the very beginning – naturally, without shortcuts or compromises.

We produce meads in classic Polish styles – czwórniak, trójniak, and dwójniak – interpreting them in a contemporary yet tradition-respecting way. Our meads are known for their depth, full body, floral honey character, balanced semi-sweet profile, and long, elegant finish. Our mission is to restore mead to its rightful place at the table – as a drink that is both royal and rooted in folk tradition.

Beyond production, we see ourselves as educators. We share knowledge about mead styles, tasting rituals, and history, because we believe that true flavor begins with understanding. Mead is not just an alcoholic beverage – it is culture, patience, and conversation.
