We are a small, family-owned company that proudly produces craft mead of the Pan Trójniak brand. Our meads refer to the long-standing traditions of producing this beverage in the European territories. Our products can be found mainly at fairs, castles, knightly tournaments and outdoor and indoor events in Poland and in the countries of the European Union.
As a company we pay great attention to the high quality of our products, so all the ingredients used in production are of natural origin (honey, spices, fruit additives). We obtain our base materials for the production of mead from local bee honey producers from areas located in the east of Poland and additives in the form of fruit from wholesalers sourcing from local farmers. We do the work by hand, supervising the natural brewing, fermentation processes. We bottle our meads in transparent glass bottles so that our customers can see the color of the honey before they make a purchase decision. We additionally package our meads during sales in eco-friendly paper bags or special cardboard gift wrappers or cotton bags with our logo.
At our stands you can also purchase wax candles, which we make by hand using the historical method of multiple soaks. They are an addition to our meads as are jars of bee honey from registered apiaries
