Fuzhou BAK Battery Co., Ltd. was established on Nov. 13, 2020. It is a production base for square lithium cells under BAK Battery. The base is equipped with a 4 GWh production line for square lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) cells and a 2 GWh square battery system integration line, both of which are already in mass production. The cell products and standard battery packs have obtained safety and transportation certifications such as CE, UL, IEC UN38.3, and MSDS, as well as certifications from relevant organizations like ISO and IATF. Since BAK Battery established its square cell R&D and production line in 2017, the companyhas been dedicated to the development of square lithium battery material systems. It has developed lithium batteries with ultra-long cycle life, high energy density, and excellent low-temperature performance, which are widely used in various energy storage systems and vehicle batteries (passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and various special vehicles). Fuzhou BAK provides integrated delivery solutions for customers, covering battery modules, energy storage systems, containerized energy storage systems, and other levels of solutions. Its energy storage batteries adopt a modular design and are equipped with an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS). These batteries offer advantages such as compact size, lightweight, long lifespan, high-temperature resistance, and support for high-current discharge. They can be used for customized lithium battery solutions to replace lead-acid batteries, backup power solutions for communication base stations, home energy-storage systems, microgrid systems, user-side energy storage battery clusters, and energy storage solutions for both new energy generation and user-side applications.
