The Unical company was founded in 1972 in Italy, on the initiative of a young engineer Giovanni Jahier. The guiding idea behind the business was the design and production of domestic boilers and professional and industrial heating devices. In subsequent years, the scope of activity was expanded to include air conditioning systems, solar systems, photovoltaic systems, integrated and hybrid systems, and heat pumps. Currently, the Unical AG SpA Group, which includes branches in Poland, France, Germany, the USA, and China, has one of the most extensive catalogs in the entire industry, also including alternative fuels such as hydrogen. Many boilers are marked H2Ready, which indicates that the device is adapted to burn a gas mixture with a specific share of hydrogen. Unical is not only technical thought, but also refined Italian design. The Modulex 1500 H% boiler was distinguished in the Lombard Excellences of Design 2023 and was included in the ADI Design Index, i.e. among the highest rated products in Italian industrial design. Another distinction was winning the prestigious Red Dot Design Award, which is one of the most prestigious awards in the world of design and industrial design and is considered a benchmark of the highest class and quality!!!
The Unical company still belongs to the Jahier family, and its priority is to care for the quality of life of the user, i.e. their safety and comfort. The second equally important element is respect for the natural environment, shown by implementing appropriate standards and regulations in force in the production process, minimizing energy consumption, also thanks to the manufactured, energy-saving devices.
