Polnet Sp. z o.o. i Wspólnicy Sp. k. is a Polish family business with a long tradition – for nearly 40 years, it has been combining experience with modern technological solutions for agriculture and animal husbandry.
Polnet specialises in comprehensive farm building equipment and the supply of high-quality feeding, ventilation and maintenance equipment and systems, as well as veterinary accessories and technologies for animal production.
Polnet designs and manufactures modern grain and feed silos of various capacities, made of high-quality structural sheet metal with a strong zinc coating. Polnet implements storage and drying facility investments, combining silos, dryers, transport and automation systems into a coherent turnkey project - from design consultation, through delivery and assembly, to commissioning and after-sales support.
Examples of large projects include advanced storage facilities with multiple silos, equipped with modern equipment for receiving, cleaning, drying and dispensing grain. These are not just individual devices - Polnet creates extensive storage systems that are at the heart of modern farms and processing plants.

SQUARE SILOS
SQUARE SILOS
The Polnet company’s offer is based on modern silos used in breeding and agricultural farms. We offer you square shaped silos which are optimal for storing grains, seeds, leguminous plants and other loose materials.
The construction of these containers allows them to be used as transit silos. Their purpose is to quickly transfer grain to any means of transport.
Thanks to their modular construction, square silos may be freely expanded and upgraded by attaching additional accessories. Screw connections also facilitate installation.
Transit silo upgrades include:
– sight glasses
– samplers
– filters on air vents
– feed filling pipes
and many more. They significantly improve the functionality of the square silos.

FEED SILOS
ilos can be ordered in five sizes. They are designed in consideration of smaller and larger farms, which need more capacious containers. The diameters of feed silos are:

The diameter corresponds to the capability of storing loose materials. After selecting a specific size, one can specify the capacity of the silo. Every container model has from 3 to 7 versions, which determine their capacity and total weight of the silos. The smallest product holds 2,7 t of feed, while the largest up to 48 t. There are as many as 25 possible combinations available. That way, a feed silo can be chosen exactly in accordance with one’s requirements.
The bottom funnel is angled at 60° and has a diameter of 440 mm. It is adapted to connect to all types of spiral, screw and chain-wheel conveyors.

In terms of the silos cereal grains and other loose materials offered by Polnet, among the available assortment of products wee can distinguish five primary product groups:

The most important factor influencing the usefulness of our products is their significant resistance. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, grain silos are almost immune to all weather conditions and various types of mechanical damage. They are ideal for outdoor use, as the tanks are made of galvanised structural corrugated steel with a density of 350 g/m².
Other advantages of Polnet silos include: quick emptying (in the case of funnel models), very large capacity, excellent tightness, advanced ventilation system, durability and favourable price.

GRAIN DRYERS
Polnet is a manufacturer of high-quality dryers for grain, maize, legumes, rapeseed and other oilseeds, as well as feed material. For almost 40 years, we have been comprehensively involved in the design, implementation and sale of various types of dryers.
Each grain dryer we offer is built with great care from durable, solid materials or plastics. This guarantees high durability, ergonomics and usability of the tanks for many years. These devices are adapted to work in all conditions, even very difficult ones. Sealed galvanised sheet metal casings and high-quality mechanisms allow the tanks to operate efficiently at low temperatures or in other adverse weather conditions.
