Agricultural chains must withstand heavy loads, dirt, and harsh working conditions. Roller chains are commonly used in the drives of combines, balers, and manure spreaders. Conveyor chains are found in conveyors and belt systems for grain and feed transport. Plate chains are ideal for lifts and feeding systems. Gall chains, known for precision, are used in control systems and dosing mechanisms. Pin chains are designed for heavy-duty applications, such as manure handling systems. Toothed chains ensure precise synchronization in specialized gear systems. Selecting the right chain depends on workload intensity, load capacity, and the working environment.
Bearings in agriculture must withstand heavy loads, shocks, and harsh conditions. **Ball bearings** are versatile and used in wheels, gearboxes, and shafts. **Spherical roller bearings** perform well in combines and balers due to their high load resistance. **Tapered roller bearings** handle axial and radial forces, making them ideal for tractor wheel systems. **Needle bearings**, compact and durable, are used in transmissions. **Housed bearings** (self-aligning) are easy to install and commonly found in cultivators and seeders. **Plain bearings** are suited for machine suspensions where contamination and limited maintenance are concerns.
