Embracing the chaos - a strategic approach to company's marketing

On 26 and 27 September Targi Kielce will host unique workshops, a part of MKBR. The seminar held under the banner of Embracing the chaos - a strategic approach to company's marketing " offers inoovvative perception of marketing and the company functioning. The workshop host, Matt Kosmaczewski, invites participants to update their existing assumptions and redefine marketing in the context of contemporary challenges.

In today's dynamically changing business world, companies often struggle with information chaos and the need to adapt to new market realities on ongoing basis;  thus, the "Embrace the Chaos" workshop aims to introduce participants to a strategic approach to marketing. This workshop is a chance to develop critical thinking skills and stand out more effectively on the market.

Matt Kosmaczewski, an experienced marketing specialist, emphasises that sometimes it is worth reconsidering the current situation and being open to new solutions to old problems. Thus, workshop participants can gain new knowledge and minimize the regret associated with introducing changes in their activities.

Workshop framework

The two-day meeting makes its participants explore key marketing areas that will help them effectively manage their marketing activities:

  • Market research: Competition, market trends, market segments and customer needs analysis. Participants will learn how to observe competitors' activities, follow the latest trends and identify the needs of potential customers.
  • Strategic planning: Defining marketing goals, defining the target group, selecting communication channels and setting the budget. The workshop will help participants determine what they want to achieve and what communication channels (e.g. social media) are the most effective for the purpose.
  • Creating an effective message: Creating a marketing message that will resonate with the target group and promote the brand or a product. Participants will learn how to create content that effectively appeals to customers and supports brand promotion.
  • Monitoring and evaluation: Establishing appropriate success metrics, monitoring campaign results, and adapting strategies based on the data. Participants will learn how to assess the effectiveness of their activities and make necessary improvements.

Exchange of experiences and practical tips

Matt Kosmaczewski will share his experiences and answer participants' questions throughout the workshop. The host's objective for each participant is home-take learning, which means a practical dose of knowledge on how to manage their marketing activities effectively.
