In order to send the essential information, as well as to confirm your registration and send your invoice, we must obtain your formal consent to your personal data processing.

I grant my consent to Targi Kielce S.A. (KRS: 0000352242) to use and disseminate my image, recorded in the form of photos and video recordings taken during the 5th National Scientific Conference on 3D & 4D Printing and Rapid Prototyping in engineering applications. The consent entitles the granted entity to disseminate my image by any technique, in all fields of use (in particular: print, Internet, press releases), without the time and territorial restrictions - solely for the purpose of information and promotion of the Conference.

I grant my consent to the Kielce University of Technology (Tax Identification Number 6570009774) to use and disseminate my image, recorded in the form of photos and video recordings taken during the 5th National Scientific Conference on 3D & 4D Printing and Rapid Prototyping in engineering applications. The consent entitles the granted entity to disseminate my image by any technique, in all fields of use (in particular: print, Internet, press releases), without the time and territorial restrictions - solely for the purpose of information and promotion of the Conference.
