The TruMark Station 7000 is an extremely precise and dynamic machine for marking large and heavy workpieces thanks to its spatial interior and the process head moving on a portal.
As an alternative to single large workpieces, marking of multiple smaller parts arranged in a single fixture is offered - the vision system recognises the position of the workpiece and makes position corrections if necessary. The TruMark Station 7000 enables you to benefit from all the advantages of the new generation of marking lasers. Greater speed, greater precision, greater flexibility - these are the demands placed on lasers for engraving, ablation, marking and annealing. With the TruMark 6030 marking laser, with which the described system is equipped, marking in the third dimension - a 3D function - is possible. The TruMark 6030 provides excellent beam quality, which is essential for optimising results.
