Trendelkamp is a well known German manufacturer of extrusion peripherals. Our offer includes the following devices:
• Different types of screen changers that are innovative and efficient, including rectangular and curved perforated screen support plate. This means that the filter surface in the sieve piston is used to the maximum and leads to a smaller machine size compared to sieve changers with a round perforated support plate. Benefits over conventional screen changers:
- less pressure loss over the entire screen changer
- extended service life
- reduces product shear
- equipped with a status light for screw cleaning and heating
- cheaper sieves.
• Start valves and directional control valves TAV, TWV are used wherever molten material needs to be separated or combined. Switching valves ensure clean processes as they prevent downstream equipment from being contaminated with the same starting material, e.g. after a shutdown or product change.
They are also ideal for processes that require speeding up the production line.
• UWG water granulators are characterized by high
level of system security and compact design at the same time. Rotating granulator head with one hand lock for easy operation, a
automatic blade clamping ensures reliable operation with consistent product quality. The machine's compact chassis provides plenty of space and good accessibility.
• The TK-K granulate classifier is a device for screening granules. Translational movements prevent the granules from skipping. The drive is frequency controlled and continuously adjustable. The latest generation of TK-K classifiers has
optimized sieves and optionally can be equipped with a beater to clear blocked sieves.
The sieve inserts - standard with 2 to 8 mm openings - are quick to replace, easy to clean, easy to access and easy to maintain.
• Vacuum degassing for TK-V extruders are modern systems that extract the gas formed during extrusion. They can be specifically tailored to the application to minimize energy and water consumption. TK-V degassing systems are equipped with temperature controlled condensate separators (cooling/heating) and a condensate tank. The liquid ring vacuum pump is supplied with working fluid from a closed domestic water circuit. The compact transport trolley ensures flexible and easy handling.
