It is a closed loop densifier designed to work in line and
non-batch, post-consumer, post-industrial or originating plastic material
from washing facilities.
A project born in 1997 by the hand of Antonio Massaro, the current one
President of TECNOVA whose original designs are still circulating in the company,
but then abandoned over time for other production priorities. And it is from this
initial project that the technical department developed the new plant.
The densifier plays a fundamental role in the waste processing cycle
in plastic deriving from both post-consumer and industrial processes. Today
in fact it is increasingly difficult to find material with residual humidity levels
less than 5-10%, therefore perfectly suitable for direct introduction into the
extruders. The function of LIONTEK is essential to reduce the
presence of humidity which often compromises the quality of the granule, the
its processing and consequently of the final output.
The machine, in addition to completing the line up currently available on the market with

TECNOVA brand, is aimed at national and foreign customers, who already
owns lines of the same brand, new or previous production, but
also to those who work with systems of other manufacturers, since LIONTEK
it is perfectly compatible and can also be combined with third-party systems on the
market.

productivity and humidity rate through a specific software, his ease of installation and operation.
