Ultrasonic generators from the AGM Pro series are designed for installation in automated lines, specialpurpose achines and automated welding sys-tems. They reliably perform ultrasonic welding tasks on thermoplastics and ultrasonic cutting tasks on technical textiles and food. ECOLINE GENERATORS
ECOLINE GENERATORS
The Ecoline is our lightest generator and the easiest one to operate. It can be used in conjunction with appropri-ate ultrasonic hand units to carry out simple applications and textile welding operations. Thanks to the plug-and-play functionality, the generator is ready for operation immediately. In test mode, the right amplitude level can be found initially, then the setting is saved and the unit switches to operation mode. Status and power LEDs indicate the sta-tus of the hand unit and the amount of power currently being used during op-eration.

You can achieve excellent handwork with our ultrasonic hand welders. Whether welding, cutting, sealing, almost every ultrasonic operation is also possible by hand. Together with our Ecoline generator, easy and simple operability is guaranteed.
HG - ULTRASONIC HAND GUNS
The ultrasonic hand welding gun is suitable for large manual welding operations. The cable has an integrated inner tube for air cooling.
HT - ULTRASONIC HAND TACKER
The ultrasonic hand tacker is suitable for manual welding operations of textiles and fabrics with a minimum of 50% fiber content, as well as plastic foils and the like.

The Electrical Motion series is the per-fect partner for complex ultrasonic welding operations that demand max-imum precision and great flexibility. Thanks to the electric drive and the fact that the welding force, speed and amplitude can be regulated exactly, you can achieve outstanding welding results. The trigger and braking point parameters can be regulated inde-pendently of one another. Events and changes are logged in the audit trail, which cannot be deleted, meaning that traceability and process reliability are guaranteed.
