Pure Loop, a company belonging to the EREMA group , is a supplier of recycling processing lines based on conical shredders combined into one processing line with a single-screw extruder .
PURE LOOP has recently added a new type of its machine that achieves a capacity of up to 1,500 kg/hour of premium quality recycled pellets. This solution opens up a new dimension in the efficient processing of plastic production waste.
Unlike comparable shredder-extruders on the market, the PURE LOOP solution requires only two drives, significantly reducing energy consumption

PURE LOOP
The devices in this series can process light, heavy, bulky, and highly tear-resistant mechanical materials. The conical design of the shredder's screw conveyor results in a high density of the material to be destroyed, which in turn results in perfect heating of the material while withdrawing oxygen, which significantly reduces the effect of oxygen on the material. It is now low, which is a distinct advantage for the quality of the mass melt , and subsequently also for the quality of the recycled pellets. This makes it possible to achieve particularly high recycling rates.
